Supervised Evening Study in Coláiste Eoin
Coláiste Eoin’s Supervised Evening Study provides students with the opportunity to establish effective study habits in a quiet, structured, and distraction-free environment. It allows students to focus on homework, revision, and other school-related tasks, helping them to make the most of their study time. Structured and supervised study plays an important role in supporting students’ learning and academic success.
The programme is open to students in Second Year, Third Year, Fifth Year, and Sixth Year. Evening study will take place from 4.00 p.m. to 6.15 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and will be supervised by members of the school’s teaching staff. Supervising teachers ensure that school standards are maintained and that a positive atmosphere conducive to study is provided.
Payment is made in full via Way2Pay and that fees are non-refundable if a student does not attend or withdraws from the programme.
Attendance is recorded each day. If a student needs to leave study early, they must present a written note in their student journal to the supervising teacher at the beginning of the study period. The note must state the time of departure and be signed by a parent or guardian. Please note that text messages will not be accepted.
