TY NUTRITION/PHYSIO/HEALTH AND WELL BEING

Well done to the TY group who completed a module which covered everything from health and wellbeing to nutrition with local physiotherapist Paddy Byrne. Paddy spent six weeks discussing and actively demonstrating to TYs that a healthy body really is something to appreciate. He gave them tips for the future and linked physical and mental health. The activities and theory were very beneficial to the entire class.
